Same Day Funding Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply only if MERCHANT has been accepted into the Same Day Funding Program.

Same Day is available for Visa^®, Mastercard^®, American Express Opt Blue^®, Discover^®1 and PayPal™ card transactions and PIN-based debit transactions only. Same Day Funding is subject to Bank approval and subject to all provisions of the Merchant Processing Terms & Conditions. Qualifying transactions are deposited on the same business day, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Upon execution of this agreement and acceptance into the Same Day Funding Program, MERCHANT acknowledges and agrees to the Same Day Funding Rate or Monthly Fee, effective the first day of the month of acceptance. To be eligible for Same Day Funding, both new and existing merchants may require a parameter update or download to their terminal or Point of Sale software application. Failure to do so will result in processed transactions settling under standard funding guidelines, and transactions will not be eligible for Same Day Funding.

It is MERCHANT’s sole responsibility to batch MERCHANT's terminal by the assigned Cut-Off Time. Transactions batched after Cut-Off Time will be treated as batched on the following business day. Same Day Funding of MERCHANTS may be impacted by circumstances beyond Bank’s control, such as disruptions in network processing or processing delays by a third-party intermediary, and Bank is not liable to MERCHANT for any funding delays. Bank reserves the right to adjust or change Cut-Off Time at its sole discretion. If you have questions regarding your Cut-Off time, you may contact Customer Service at the number located on your statement.

MERCHANT agrees and understands that MERCHANT is not guaranteed to be accepted into this program. Even if accepted into this program, MERCHANT may be removed from this program at any time at the sole discretion of Bank.
